The top 1% of earners now pay 29% of all income tax. The new socialist government will see that as not enough of a contribution from “those with the broadest shoulders”. There is nothing the mediocrity of Middle England likes more than other people paying tax.

The only lawyer PM we need is a Kirkland lawyer – manifesto will include full tax breaks for anyone who bills over 3000 hours a year, a free Lambo when you qualify (US NQs only) and we replace the water in the Thames with Bollinger.

He will be a disaster, much like his forebear, Blair, and I will await the champagne socialists prompt return at the next election.
