Join us on Thursday 12 October for a series of in-person careers and commercial awareness workshops with Eversheds Sutherland, Mills & Reeve, Trowers & Hamlins and The University of Law.

The event, which is free and open to all students, takes place from 4pm to 7pm at The University of Law’s Birmingham campus in the Jewellery Quarter. Students will attend four workshops, each 30-minutes long, delivered by lawyers at the participating firms as well as a careers expert from ULaw. Midway through the event there is 40 minutes of networking with the firms’ trainees and graduate recruitment teams over drinks and snacks.

• Mills & Reeve: Inside the Mills & Reeve corporate and commercial team (delivered by Rhian Vandrill, partner in the commercial health practice)
• The University of Law: Applications (delivered by Clare Stapleton, campus careers manager)
• Trowers & Hamlins: Life as a real estate lawyer (delivered by Simon Robinson, partner in the real estate team)
• Eversheds Sutherland: Hot topics in white collar crime and fraud (delivered by Gemma Lynch and Katie Fisher, senior associates in the financial services disputes and investigations team)
