Alex Aldridge is the founder and publisher of Legal Cheek, who also contributes as a regular blogger. Previously he was a columnist writing about law and education for The Guardian, associate editor of Legal Week and a writer for Times Online.
Thomas Connelly is Legal Cheek’s editor. Having completed the BPTC at Northumbria University in 2012 he practised as a County Court advocate for a year before joining Legal Cheek in 2013.
Juliet Griffiths is Legal Cheek's head of student engagement, having joined part-time as an administrative assistant in 2020. She studied History at the University of Southampton.
Erin Williams is an events coordinator at Legal Cheek. She studied law at Bangor University before joining Legal Cheek in July 2023.
Anuja Venkataramani joined Legal Cheek as a writer and researcher in July 2023. She studied law at Durham University, later completing a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at the University of Oxford, and is soon to start a training contract at a US firm’s London office.
Sophie Dillon joined Legal Cheek as a writer and researcher in September 2023. She studied law at Newcastle University before completing a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at the University of Oxford. She is an avid hiker and regular Netflix binger, based in the hills of the Peak District.
Samantha Wong is an events coordinator at Legal Cheek. She studied Law at Durham University before joining Legal Cheek in July 2023. She is currently based in London.
Saad Khalil is an events coordinator at Legal Cheek. He completed his law conversion masters from the University of Law in September 2023 and joined Legal Cheek soon afterwards. He is also a qualified lawyer in Pakistan and a tech enthusiast.
Rhys Duncan is the Bar coordinator at Legal Cheek. He studied Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford before joining Legal Cheek in August 2023.
Annabelle Oliver joined Legal Cheek as an events coordinator in May 2024. Annabelle studied English Literature at undergraduate level, before completing the GDL, LPC and SQE2 in London. She is due to start her training contract at a London firm next year.
